三、當溫度表指示溫度低于70時，散熱器進入管道內如有水流，溫度較暖，則表溫調溫器主閥關閉不嚴格，使冷卻水過早循環。

四、水溫升高后檢查:發動機運行初期水溫在1000元以上。當溫度表顯示80時，溫升速度減慢，說明溫控器工作正常。反之，如果水溫一直在迅速上升，當內部壓力達到一定水平時，沸水突然溢出，說明主閥卡住了，突然打開。

5. 當水溫表指示70-80時，打開散熱器蓋和散熱器排水開關，處理水溫。如果溫度很高，恒溫器就會正常工作。如果散熱器入口水溫較低，沒有水流出或散熱器上腔入口管道流出的水很少，則恒溫器的主閥無法打開。

水泵是冷卻水在冷卻系統中不斷循環的動力，影響水泵的因素有葉輪和皮帶，葉輪松動冷卻水不能循環，造成水泵損壞。皮帶過大，導致水溫過高，過小會對泵軸承、發電機軸承造成損壞。

風機風量試驗:散熱器前可放置一張紙。發動機運轉時，如果能吹紙，風量就足夠了。這與前引擎吸進空氣的汽車風扇不同。葉片不能向后安裝，風機釋放蓋應完整有效。
fan air volume test: a sheet of paper can be placed in front of the radiator. when the engine runs, if you can blow paper, the air volume is enough. this is different from a car fan whose front engine sucks in air. blades can not be installed backwards, fan release cover should be complete and effective.
散熱器，叉車底盤較低，散熱器位于車輛后部。散熱器表面容易積灰，如不及時清理，將嚴重影響散熱效果。冷卻水中嚴禁使用“硬水”，防止散熱器產生水垢，導致冷卻水添加不足。
